Shah Rukh Khan, Anushka Sharma to shoot for ‘Zero’ in NASA

Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film Zero is one of 2018’s most-awaited releases.

The film has already generated a substantial amount of buzz among the audience and it has also been rumoured that the film will have special appearances by Salman Khan, Sridevi, Rani Mukerji, Kajol, Karisma Kapoor, and Alia Bhatt.

Recent reports have now revealed that Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma along with R Madhavan will be shooting for the film in NASA. The cast of the film is already in the US and a close source revealed that the team is currently shooting for the final schedule. The source further revealed that it will be a straight 45-day spell for the actor and the team.

Interestingly, Shah Rukh has also earlier shot at the international space station for Swades.

Though little is know about Anushka’s character, it has been rumoured that she will be essaying the role of an unsuccessful scientist trying to come to terms with her failures. The actor’s look has been kept under tight wraps: her vanity van is parked close to the set and she is covered with cloth when she exits so that no one can catch a glimpse of her. Moreso, phones are not allowed on set when Sharma is shooting her scenes.

Meanwhile, Khan will be seen in the role of a vertically challenged man in the film who is fond of Bollywood.

The team is currently in Alabama where production has begun in the Huntsville Botanical Garden and the Hindu Cultural Center of Alabama in Harvest.

Director Aanand L Rai and Anushka Sharma have been sharing behind the scenes pictures from the shoot on social media.

Zero, a romantic drama, is scheduled to release on December 21, 2018. The film also features Katrina Kaif in the lead role.
