MANDI BAHAUDDIN: A youngster was tortured to death by villagers in the name of honour here on Saturday.
According to the police, 25-year-old Sanaullah was brutally tortured by the relatives of a woman over suspicion of illicit relations in the Dera of Faqirian village in Mandi Bahauddin.
The youth was critically injured and rushed to a nearby hospital but succumbed to his injuries.
The body of the deceased was handed over to the heirs following postmortem and the police after registering a case against four culprits have started carrying out raids for their arrest.
