KARACHI:  Fenceless railway track of Karachi killed yet another man on Saturday.

The 30-year old unknown man was killed after he was hit by a train as he was crossing a fenceless railway track near Mastan Chowk railway track in Keamari.

As a result, he suffered severe injuries and died on the spot. He was later shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center (JPMC) for an autopsy.

The killer fenceless track of Pakistan Railways runs through the densely populated areas of the megacity and kills dozens of locals every year. Despite continuing demands, the Pakistan Railways has not been able to fence its main rail track to save precious lives.
