LAHORE: Nawaz Sharif on Sunday said that the government of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has fulfilled promises made with the masses and record development work has been carried out in South Punjab.
He said this in a meeting with lawmakers from South Punjab, who called on former prime minister and supreme leader Nawaz Sharif at Jati Umra on Sunday.
PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif, Hamza Shehbaz Sharif, Pervez Rasheed, Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique, Owais Leghari and others were present in the meeting.
During the meeting, the overall situation of the country and matters of upcoming elections were discussed.
Addressing on the occasion Nawaz said that members of PML-N were being threatened to change loyalties.
