KARACHI: At least two people were killed and three children injured during a traffic accident late on Friday night, on the Liaquatabad Underpass in Karachi.
It had been reported that a car ploughed into a motorcycle, instantly killing the woman, identified as Nosheen.
The injured included the three children and husband, Moeen, who succumbed to his injuries while being operated upon in the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital. The deceased’s bodies have been moved to the morgue.
According to the rescue officials, the driver of the car fled with his vehicle and is yet to be identified.
