LASBELA: Armed robbers gunned down a Hindu trader and his son upon resistance during a robbery attempt here on Saturday while his community held a protest demonstration against the incident.
Police said that the robbers tried to loot J Paul Das, the trader, and his son Grash Nath Aadani near DG Khan Cement Factory in Hub city of the Lasbela district. Upon resistance, the robbers gunned down both and fled the scene after committing dual murder.
The people belonging to the Hindu community including traders held protest demonstration against the incident and demanded to bring the culprits to book. The bodies were shifted to nearby hospital for postmortem and the police after registering a case have started the investigation.
