LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) former member of national assembly (MNA) Sardar Kamil Omar announced on Monday that he had joined the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N).
The former MNA made his announcement after having met Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif, along with his brothers, Sardar Adil Omar and Sardar Aqil Omar.
During the meeting, the three brothers expressed complete confidence in Sharif’s leadership, while the CM said that the PML-N would sweep the upcoming general elections.
Several politicians have changed party loyalties ahead of the general elections this year.
