LAHORE: On this day in 2002, Pakistan cricket team sealed fifth biggest victory in Test matches history against New Zealand.
Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) shared the memory on its Twitter handle recalling the triple century by Pakistani batting legend Inzamam-ul-Haq and career-best 6 for 11 by speedster Shoaib Akhtar, played the vital role in the victory.
The match was played at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore.

Inzamam scored 329 runs in first innings of the match as Pakistan scored 643. In reply, New Zealand were bowled out on 73 in first innings and again the whole team got out on 246 during follow-on.
