LAHORE: A man suffered burns in a cylinder blast at the Orange Line Train station site near the University of Engineering and Technology on Tuesday, reported a local media outlet.
The blast occurred near Station No 9 when gas leakage from the cylinder resulted in the blast leaving one of the workers present there injured.
A police official said he was shifted to a local hospital where his condition was stated to be normal.
The police are looking into the incident.
