LAHORE: The time has finally come when our very own traditional sport, Kabaddi, has started to attract the private sector’s attention. In order to celebrate the launch of the Faisalabad Sherdils team at the country’s first Super Kabaddi League (SKL), the owner Fatima Fertilizers led a ceremony in Lahore on 28th April 2018.

The ceremony which was attended by celebrities from the sports industry, Punjab Sports Board (PSB) government officials, Pakistan Kabaddi Federation (PKF), Strawberry Sports league owners and many other notable personalities brought life to a sport that has been facing neglect for a long time.

Fatima Fertilizer has been at the forefront in helping Pakistani farmers achieve more. The company’s Director Marketing Khurram Javed explained that they have a vision tied to a prosperous Pakistan.

By giving greater yields to farmers, prosperity becomes inevitable for the community and sector at large. By supporting a sport like Kabaddi, the company is out to win the hearts of farmers and building a solid base for the sport to grow further.
