A little over two months after the sudden demise of veteran actress Sridevi, a video has surfaced of her sharing a light moment with daughter Janhvi Kapoor during a press conference. The short clip shows the mother poking fun at her daughter for speaking in broken Hindi.
In the clip, when Janhvi is asked about her future plans in Bollywood, Janhvi can be seen struggling to talk in Hindi while saying that she is still in school and didn’t know if she would be an actress. Sridevi then cuts in candidly, asking the media to let her talk in English as her Hindi was not up to the mark.
Janhvi then respond’s to the question in English that she has still not decided what she wants to do in the future. However, she added that she loves watching her mother onscreen and enjoys her films alot.
While the clip has no date, Janhvi is all set to make her Bollywood debut this year alongside Shahid Kapoor’s younger brother, Ishaan Khatter in the film Dhadak. The film is expected to release in July.
