ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) while expressing displeasure with reference to freezing of former minister of religious affairs Hamid Saeed Kazmi’s bank accounts has sought reply from FIA on next hearing.

A single bench of IHC led by Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb Wednesday took up for hearing petition filed by Hamid Saeed Kazmi

FIA inspector Ghazanfar Ahmad appeared before the court.

The learned judge remarked the accounts of Hamid Saeed Kazmi cannot be frozen despite being acquitted by the high court. How can FIA freeze accounts of anyone at its sweet will? he asked.

The court while summoning reply from FIA on next hearing adjourned the hearing of the case for one week.
