LAHORE: The Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) is in process of finalising the result of 18th Quality Assurance Test (QAT) for the partners of Foundation Assisted School (FAS) programme.
An official circular, in this regard, has been uploaded on the PEF website, in which the partner school owners from all over Punjab have been instructed to enter the result data of Punjab Examination Commission (PEC) in the Student Information System (SIS) online.
Furthermore, the deadline for entering the data is April 30 (Monday) while the percentage in the 18th FAS-QAT results may decrease in case of failure. A PEF spokesperson said that this was the first QAT that was completely managed in-house by the PEF; with full utilisation of the resources owned by PEF and exclusion of a third party, contrary to previous practices.
Meanwhile, the PEF has issued guidelines for the processing fee for the approval of special school monitoring, QAT papers re-checking and approval of new campuses for the partner schools.
The PEF spokesperson said instead of depositing the fee for processing applications the school owners are needed to tender in form of original demand draft, pay order & CDR with the application in the concerned office so that the necessary action may be taken as soon as possible.
The spokesperson further said that the previous account of PEF in the bank of Punjab, Model Town, Lahore, had been closed.
