FAISALABAD: A woman was hospitalised in critical condition after she attempted self-immolation over domestic disputes on Tuesday.
Police said that a woman hailing from Ashrafabad area of Faisalabad, after an argument with husband over domestic disputes, set herself on fire with petrol.
Before the blaze could be doused, about 90 percent of the woman’s body was burnt and she was rushed to Allied Hospital where her condition was stated to be critical.
The police after registering a case into the incident have started the investigation.
