ATC starts case hearing of killings at Ali Gujjar’s shrine

SARGODHA: The case of killing as many as 20 persons at the shrine of Muhammad Ali Gujjar in a village od west Hyderabad has entered in an important phase.

Sargodha Anti-terrorism Court (ATC) has started hearing the case on day-to-day basis. The court has adjourned the hearing till April 17 and summoned the eyewitnesses of this case here on Tuesday.

The evidences of the eyewitnesses were not recorded due to the absence of counsels. The court has summoned the witnesses while adjourning the hearing of this case till today.

The accused, fake peer Abdul Hameed and his associates were shifted to Sargodha District Jail under strict security measures and they were presented before the court.
