The Embassy of Pakistan in Norway organised a musical performance of the renowned pop singer Danyal Arshad to mark the celebration of friendship between Pakistan and Norway.
The event held on Sunday was attended by a large number of Norway dignitaries, government officials, diplomatic community based in Norway, Pakistani families, university students and leading journalists of the country.
Danyal Arshad amused the audience with his versatile multilingual songs covering genres of the pop style.
He mesmerised the audience and eloquently articulated the musical traditions of Pakistan. At the end of the programme, the Pakistani ambassador in Norway Riffat Masood presented bouquets to Danyal and thanked him for the enthralling musical performance.
