MULTAN: A labourer who was trapped in a 100-feet deep well in Multan on Sunday was successfully rescued, rescue teams told a local news channel.
The labourer, Munawar, had fallen into the well located in Budhla Sant, Multan. The local residents of the area wasted no time and informed rescue teams who reached the site and shifted Munawar to Nishtar Hospital after pulling him out.
Rescue 1122 District Emergency Officer. Dr Kaleemullah said that Munawar is a resident of Mouza Turpai.
He informed that his rescue team had conducted a safe operation to evacuate him from the well and responsibly shifted him to the hospital.
