14 injured as unprovoked Indian firing continues at LoC

RAWALPINDI: At least 14 civilians including women have been injured in the last four days by the unprovoked firing of Indian Border Security Forces (IBSF) along the Line of Control (LoC).

According to details, the Indian forces on Saturday targeted the civilian population in villages Sairi, Chitar, Jogpal, Khanpur, Lenthi and Taen along LoC at Khuiratta Sector. Two people including Muhammad Iqbal aged 60, s/o Ghulam Hussain, and Ashraf aged 70, s/o Mir Muhammad, were injured in the latest spate of firing and were shifted to THQ hospital.

Pakistan Army troops responded to the unprovoked Indian firing effectively, silencing their guns.
