Child found dead after alleged rape in Dadu

DADU: A 10-year-old child was found dead in Dadu on Wednesday and his parents alleged that he was killed after being sexually assaulted.

According to the details, a body of a child nearly 10-year-old has been found in the domain of B-section police station. The parents of deceased child blamed that their child has been sexually abused and then murdered. He was missing since last night.

The police have taken the body to Civil Hospital Dadu for medico-legal formalities.

On April 7, the Sindh High Court (SHC) took notice of the gang rape of a Hindu teenage boy in Darro town of Sajwal district. The court summoned the DIG Hyderabad, SSP Sajawal and other officials to appear before it and submit a report on the matter.

The Hindu teenager was gang-raped and suspects shot a video of the incident to blackmail him. The teenager stated that suspects blackmailed him and his family through that video and forced them to relocate to Hyderabad.

On April 4, the suspects uploaded the video on social media which caused an outrage online. The police have arrested three suspects and a case has also been registered against them.
