Punjab approves uplift schemes in its PDWP forum

LAHORE: The Punjab Provincial Development Working Party (PDWP) approved four development schemes of various sectors with an estimated cost of Rs 1298.325 million.

These schemes were approved in the meeting of Punjab PDWP of current fiscal year 2017-18, presided over by Planning and Development Department Chairman Muhammad Jahanzeb Khan.

The meeting approved development schemes, including the construction of various development schemes for Hafizabad district at the cost of Rs 90.268 million, construction of three connecting roads to Kolo Tarrar Village in Hafizabad district at the cost of Rs 45.633 million and the widening and improvement of road from MDA Chowk to Dera Adda Chowk in Multan at the cost of Rs 574.721 million.
