ANKARA: The groundbreaking ceremony of Turkey’s first nuclear power plant, Akkuyu Nuclear Power Plant, was held Tuesday in Turkey’s southern Mersin province with the participation of Turkish and Russian presidents via video teleconference from Ankara.
