LAHORE: Punjab Minister for Human Rights and Minorities Affairs Khalil Tahir Sandhu said that the constitution offered equal rights to all religious minorities.
In a statement on the eve of Easter, Khalil Tahir Sandhu said that Easter had great importance for the Christian community all over the world and in Pakistan arrangements were made for special prayers in all worship places of Christians.
He said that the world needed to follow the teachings of Jesus to promote love, peace and the spirit of sacrifice.
The provincial minister said that the enemies of Pakistan were engaging in conspiracies and it was the duty of the people to stay united.
