ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court (SC) on Wednesday issued a notice to the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) while hearing the bail application case of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Sharjeel Inam Memon.
Memon had filed an appeal in the apex court, challenging the Sindh High Court’s (SHC) decision to reject his bail in a reference. A three-member bench led by Justice Asif Saeed Khosa, during the hearing, observed that Memon had been provided all possible facilities in jail and added that he should not have any issue.
The case was then adjourned till April 17.
