LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) core committee member Chaudhary Muhammad Sarwar said on Wednesday that the escape plan devised by the ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) of making a deal would not succeed.

He said, “PML-N is trying to make a deal because it has foreseen its end due to corruption, but we will not let their plans succeed.”

Addressing to media and party workers in Lahore, senator Sarwar said that the crocodile tears of PML-N would not bring any relief after their corrupt practices to promote looting of national exchequer.

“Historical warm welcome will be given to Imran Khan in Lahore. We are striving for real democracy that will bring real change in the country,” he stated while forming 25 committees to arrange the PTI chief’s Lahore’s arrival.

Talking about the foreign policy, Sarwar said that it could not become independent until special steps were taken to undo its abandonment. He suggested, “We will have to become economically independent in order to become independent in real means.”

The PTI’s central leader mentioned that the corrupt rulers had been looting Pakistan for the past 70 years. “Imran Khan is fighting against corruption. Corrupt rulers are facing accountability and all the credit goes to Imran Khan,” he argued.

PTI leaders Hamid Miraj, Yasir Gillani, Mohammad Farooq Khan, Waseem Ramay, and others were also present at the occasion.
