At least three people were injured as a result of the explosion in Kabul on Saturday evening, reported TOLO News.

According to Kabul Police spokesman Basir Mujahid, the explosion occurred near a sit-in camp in Kabul’s PD8. He said that three people were injured as in a magnetic (improvised explosive device) IED bomb explosion.

While no terrorist group has claimed the responsibility for the incident, eyewitnesses claim at least one person was killed in the explosion.

The sit-in camp protest was started last week in support of a big demonstration of Pakistan’s Pashtuns against the Pakistani government.
