ISLAMABAD: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Secretary General (SG), Syed Nayyar Hussain Bukhari has alleged that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Quaid, Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif of conspiring against democracy in the country.

Reacting to media’s chatter about Nawaz Sharif on Friday, Nayyar Hussain Bukhari asked who had formed the Islami Jamhoori Ittehad (IJI)?

He said, “Nawaz Sharif should admit his wrongdoing in the Asghar Khan case. Why had Nawaz approached the court in a black coat and black tie? His character has always been one of a conspirator. He took money from Osama Bin Laden to conspire against Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto’s government. He was the one who ordered a high court judge to sentence and disqualify her. Nawaz Sharif is such a hypocrite that he is playing as the opposition, despite the fact that his party is in the government.”

The PPP SG also said that Nawaz Sharif, on one hand, talks about the vote’s respect and on the other, has been to the parliament about four times in his last four years as the prime minister. “Is this not disrespecting the vote?” he asked.

Bukhari further said that PML-N members of the Balochistan Assembly revolted against Nawaz’s double standards.

“Aqama is the foundation of corruption as Nawaz’s money was laundered through the Aqama,” he concluded.
