ISLAMABAD: The owner of the pharmaceutical company, manufacturing fake enhancement drugs, was arrested from the premises of Supreme Court at the behest of Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar on Tuesday.
A three-member bench of the top court, headed by the chief justice, was hearing the case pertaining fake enhancement drugs.
As the hearing resumed, Justice Nisar ordered authorities to arrest the pharmaceutical company owner, Usman from the court.
The court also ordered the suspension of Bahawalpur Regional Police Officer (RPO) but later withdrew the orders and allowed the RPO to serve until March 8.
A complaint has been launched against the pharmaceutical company in human rights cell of Supreme Court.
