ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) concluded all three petitions against former Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) chairman Absar Alam.
The court, in its verdict, remarked that all petitions against Alam are useless now. “The Lahore High Court (LHC) has already disqualified Absar Alam,” remarked Justice Amir Farooq.
The petitions were filed regarding the appointment of Absar Alam as PEMRA chairman.
