ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal on Tuesday stated that the harmony in Pakistan-US relationship is vital for defeating terrorism in the region.
According to Radio Pakistan, the Interior Minister said this while talking to a delegation of United States National Security Council headed by Senior Director and Special Assistant to US President Lisa Curtis in Islamabad.
Ahsan Iqbal said the back of terrorists had been broken in Pakistan.
He said Pak-US knowledge corridor would help in increasing educational capacity of students of Pakistan.
About Afghanistan, he said Pakistan wishes to develop sustainable peace in Afghanistan.
