Train crushes woman, child to death in Toba Tek Singh

TOBA TEK SINGH: Two innocent lives were lost in an accident at an unattended railway crossing on Monday.

According to the details, a woman and child were left dead on the spot after they were hit by a fast-moving Night Coach at a railway crossing in Toba Tek Singh.

The bodies were later shifted to a nearby hospital.

It may be noted that the incident was not the first of its kind but yet another tragic episode of the ongoing series of train accidents caused due to the negligence of the authorities.

Earlier, two brothers on Saturday were crushed to death under the wheels of the Lahore bound Farid Express at an unmanned railway crossing in Burewala.
