Fire erupts in Sindh Secretariat building; record gutted

A fire broke out in Sindh Secretariat building here on Saturday evening, burning government record. No loss of life was reported.
The fire erupted from ground that engulfed more floors. Huge smoke spread over Burns Road area. Two fire brigade vehicles rushed to the scene and extinguished the fire within 30 minutes. The fire created panic among the residents living on the backside of the building in Burns Road area. The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
