LAHORE: PML-N leader and daughter of former prime minister, Maryam Nawaz on Wednesday paid a surprise visit to the NA-120 constituency, for which she had fought hard on her mother’s behalf during the by-elections.
The PML-N leader reviewed the ongoing uplift schemes in the constituency and had a candid conversation with the people of the area.
Maryam also bought food from the roadside stalls and paid for it even though the shopkeepers refused to accept it. On the occasion, the people of the constituency also informed Maryam regarding the problems that were being faced by them.

Earlier, Maryam also visited a local restaurant where she was seen posing for selfies with students as well as members of the restaurant’s staff.
