LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Shehbaz Sharif on Sunday expressed grief and sorrow over the loss of lives after a passenger plane crashed in Iran.
In his condolence message, the chief minister said we stand with the people of Iran during this hour of grief and we wholeheartedly share the sorrow of the bereaved families. He conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families.
Meanwhile, CM Shehbaz also expressed grief and sorrow over the death of renowned religious scholar and former chief of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl Rasheed Ludhianvi and prayed to Allah to grant courage to the deceased’s family members.
