Four killed, three injured in separate road mishaps

KARACHI: Four people were killed, and three others injured in different road accidents in the metropolis in the wee hours of Friday.

According to rescue sources, a speeding rickshaw hit a motorbike near Faisal Base at Shahrah-e-Faisal. As a result, two young men, aged 24 and 26, suffered severe injuries and died on the spot.

The bodies were shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) for autopsies.

Separately, a 13-year-old teenage boy was hit by a vehicle in Kala Pul. As a result, he suffered severe injuries and died on the spot. The body was brought to JPMC for medico-legal formalities.

Meanwhile, a 24-year-old man, sustained injuries when a fast-moving car hit his bike in Kemari area. He was shifted to Civil Hospital Karachi for treatment, where he succumbed to his injuries.

A fast-moving vehicle hit a motorbike on Shahrah-e-Faisal Road. As a result, three unknown people sustained injuries. They were shifted to JPMC for treatment.
