ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court (SC) adjourned hearing on the applications against Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui of Islamabad High Court (IHC) till Wednesday.
A three-member bench led by Justice Gulzar Ahmed conducted the hearing of the case. Makhdoom Ali Khan, counsel for Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui and attorney general could not appear before the court due to their engagements.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till Wednesday. Justice Shaukat Aziz filed a petition to run proceeding of reference against him in open court.
