ISLAMABAD: Spokesperson to the Prime Minister, Dr Musadiq Malik, on Friday said that elections would be held on time as per the constitution of the country and there was no option for an early election.
Talking to a private news channel, he said that Pakistan Muslim League- Nawaz PML-N) would win upcoming elections on the basis of its performance in the past five years
He said that people had full confidence in the leadership of Nawaz Sharif and had a great association with their beloved leader.
Dr Musadiq Malik said justice and accountability should be equal for all and the whole process should be transparent.
Replying to a question, he said the PML-N had never defended irresponsible statements of Nehal Hashmi but had reservations about selectivity in serving justice.
