Education can make Pakistan progress: Rajwana

ISLAMABAD: Punjab Governor Muhammad Rafique Rajwana has said that highly educated and patriotic youth is the real face of Pakistan and they guarantee that the future of the country is bright and secure.

The governor expressed these views at the third convocation of the Heavy Industries Taxila Education City (HITEC) University at the Jinnah Convention Centre, Islamabad.

He said that the youth have proved their talent in every field of life, adding that the positive thinking is the only way forward and only way of success for the youth in the practical life. The governor said that peace has been restored in the country due to sacrifices of the Pakistan army, police and the common citizens.

He said the nation cannot forget sacrifices of the students of the Army Public School and Bacha Khan University for the establishment of peace in the country.

Punjab governor also distributed degrees to the graduating students.

HITEC University Board of Governors Chairman General Muhammad Naeem Ashraf, HITEC University VC Brigadier (retd) Qamar Zaman, faculty members and students were also present in large number.
