Secretary to President to retire from service in September

ISLAMABAD: Establishment division on Friday issued the retirement notification of Secretary to the President of Pakistan, Shahid Khan.

The notification indicated that Shahid Khan, a BS-22 officer of the secretariat group, currently posted as the secretary to the president will retire from service on attaining the age of superannuation on September 6, 2018.

The notification also stated that Muhammad Zubair, a BS-20 officer of the secretariat group, currently posted as the member finance of the Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) Board will retire from service on attaining the age of superannuation on April 4, 2018, while Shamim ur Rehman, a BS-19 officer of the secretariat group currently posted as the deputy secretary of the cabinet division has been transferred and posted as the deputy secretary of the finance division with immediate effect until further orders.

Another notification on Friday indicated that the cabinet division has nominated 38 grade-20 officers of different cadres for the national security and war course 2018-19 at the National Defence University, Islamabad.
