Aamna Taseer, in her application to police, informed that Samira owed Rs300,000 for which she issued various cheques. However, when one of the cheques of Rs50,000 was presented to the bank, it was informed that Samira has given instructions for stop payment, which proved that accused did not want to pay.

Late governor’s wife further informed that she has also forwarded another application to Cantt police station for fraud of Rs8.5 million, forgery, and theft of property documents against Samira, on which no action has been taken by police to date.
