SARGODHA: Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Judge Tariq Mehmood Zargham on Wednesday sentenced 28 years imprisonment to two accused who were involved in terrorist activities.
The court sources said that the Jauhrabad police team had carried out a raid at a house and arrested Muhammad Imran and Imtiaz Ullah while recovering hand grenades and other explosive material from their possession. The police had registered a case against the accused under the terrorism act.
The court awarded 28 years each rigorous imprisonment to the accused and issued orders for the confiscation of their properties.
