PESHAWAR: National Commission on Higher Development (NCHD) Chairperson Razina Alam Khan called on the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) governor here at the Governor House on Wednesday.
She remained with the governor for some time and apprised him about the performance and activities of the national commission for human development, said a statement.
NCHD was not only involved in designing, planning and implementing basic literacy programmes but had vast experience of piloting many need-based special initiatives in the country with the collaboration of international donors, she informed.
Razina also presented the NCHD annual report 2016 to the governor. He appreciated the performance of NCHD and said that such organisations will bring positive changes in the field of education.
