KARACHI: Arts Council of Pakistan, Karachi President Ahmed Shah, while addressing a press briefing, on Tuesday, informed that the Karachi Youth Festival (KYF) will begin on Wednesday.
He said that KYF will help keep the youth away from extremism and criminal activities.
In the past, more than three million youths have been provided training in various fields including music, painting, writing, photography and making short documentaries through KYF.
Over 70,000 students from six universities, 19 colleges and 78 schools from six districts of Karachi are expected to take part in different contests in the event.
