QUETTA: A policeman was killed while another sustained bullet wounds when unidentified armed men opened fire on them at the provincial capital’s Sariab road on Saturday morning.
According to the local police, the police personnel were on a routine patrol when they were attacked.
The attackers sped away and left a policeman dead, and another with bullet injuries.
A rescue team arrived immediately at the spot of the incident and shifted the dead and injured to a nearby hospital.
Their identities have not been revealed as yet.
