January 6 seems to be the day of celebrity birthdays as local favourite Mehwish Hayat, music maestro A.R. Rahman and famed comedian Rowan Atkinson celebrate their days today.
Mehwish Hayat celebrated her 35th birthday with her close friends in Dubai. The actress has had a great previous year with her film Punjab Nai Jaungi breaking records across the country. She will be next seen in Load Wedding opposite Fahad Mustafa this year.
Fans and friends took to social media to wish the starlet a very happy birthday.

Touted to as ‘The Mozart Of Madras’, AR Rahman also celebrates his birthday on January 6. Rahman kicked off his music career back in 1992 with Roja. An Honorary Fellow of the Trinity College of Music, Rahman is also a recipient of the Padma Bhushan, and was named as one of the ‘World’s Most Influential People’ by Time in 2009. He has won four national awards and several Filmfare awards.

Last but not the least, our favourite Mr Bean, aka, Rowan Atkinson, celebrates his 63rd birthday today. Atkinson in his portrayal of Mr Bean won millions of heart worldwide. His other notable works includes the 1983 James Bond film Never Say Never Again, Four Weddings and a Funeral, The Lion King, Johnny English, Johnny English Reborn and the BBC sitcom The Thin Blue Line. Rowan is all set to appear in Johnny English 3 which will be released late this year.
Atkinson was listed in The Observer as one of the 50 funniest actors in British comedy, and among the top 50 comedians ever, in a 2005 poll of fellow comedians. Atkinson was also appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire in the 2013 Birthday Honours for services to drama and charity.
