KARACHI: Fenceless killer railway track of Karachi devoured another life on Friday, as the Pakistan Railways authorities continue their irresponsible attitude regarding fencing the main railway track running between densely populated areas of the city
According to details, a man was killed after being hit by a train on Landhi railway track area on Friday.
Rescue sources said an unknown man, aged 35, was hit by train on Landhi railway track. As a result, he sustained severe injuries and died on the spot.
The body was brought to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center (JPMC) for an autopsy.
Every month many people are overrun by moving trains on Karachi’s killer track but despite the outcry of citizens and media, the PR authorities so far have turned deaf ear to this sensitive issue.
