Though we’re in 2018 now, time travel is still not possible. However, a Hawaiin Airlines flight that took off in 2018 ended up landing in 2017.
According to FlightAware, Hawaiian Airlines Flight 446 was scheduled to depart Auckland, New Zealand, on December 31 at 11:55 pm local time on its way to Honolulu.
However, an unexpected 10-minute delay resulted in the flight taking off 12:05 am on January 1, 2018.
Honolulu is 23 hours behind Auckland and the nine-hour and 10 minute flight landed at 10:16 am on December 31, 2017.
Not only that Hawaiian Airlines Flight 446 appears to be quite the expert when it comes to “time travel”. The same flight that took off on December 30 took passengers back a day, by landing in Honolulu on December 29.
