ICT bans suspicious organizations accused of terror-funding

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Administration on Monday imposed section 144 and prohibited all social, welfare, political, and religious organizations which are under the watch list of United Nations Security Council and accused of terror-financing by raising their funds through advertisements, event or by any other means within the territorial limits of Islamabad.

The notification in this regard was issued by the ICT district magistrate, Captain (retd) Mushtaq Ahmed.

This order shall remain in force for the period of two months from the issuance of the notification.
