LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister, Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has taken a strict notice of a media report regarding the worsening situation of seasonal influenza in Multan.
He sought a report from the provincial health minister and secretary and also directed them to take every necessary step beside, utilising all their resources in this regard.
The CM also ordered to launch a comprehensive awareness campaign for the public in order to spread the word about the precautionary measures and treatment for influenza.
