SHC CJ takes notice of lack of healthcare facilities in province

Sindh High Court (SHC) Chief Justice Ahmed Ali Shaikh has taken notice of lack of healthcare facilities in Jacobabad, Dadu and Ubauro, seeking reports from concerned sessions judges and administration in this regard.

According to reports, the government hospitals in above-mentioned areas do not have basic facilities. They face shortage of doctors, paramedical staff and ambulances. Besides, the reports said that kidney center in Jacobabad hospital was not functioning whereas a hospital in Makhdoom Bilawal Goth, some 10 Kilometers from Dadu, has allegedly been encroached by the police.

Taking notice of these reports, the SHC CJ tasked the concerned sessions judges and administration to submit their specific replies in this regard.
