After allowing convicted Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav to meet his family, Pakistan is weighing the option of making the minutes a part of its case pending with the International Court of Justice (ICJ).
A local Urdu publication reported on Wednesday that a legal team will submit the details of the meeting with the ICJ on or before the next hearing, after getting the approval by the prime minister of Pakistan.

The motive behind the move is to convince the ICJ in dismissing the case, as Jadhav is not a diplomat, but a terrorist who was arrested inside the territory of Pakistan; therefore, the case did not lie in the court’s jurisdiction in the first place.
